Attorney General Kathleen Kane (livesensical.com?) has been criminally charged with perjury, official oppression and obstruction of justice. Kane's charges are centered around claims she leaked secret grand jury report and lied about it in order to damage a political rival. Kane says resigning would be an admission of guilt.
