The 50-year-old star of the American series, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, was accused of stealing more than 100 items worth $612 from a Target store last Sunday, according to the Los Angeles City Attorney. Richards recently spent a month in rehab, but checked out in July before being caught shoplifting.
